DOES ?
The Xtreme Power Performance Coach will guide the athlete through the movement, strength, power and performance elements.
After assessing the sports biomechanics and comparing the benchmark of the chosen sport or the actual needs with the tests' results, a specific and tailored program will be designed with a clear, measurable and achievable goal to reach the maximum potential by developing your best human version!
What do we offer ?
- Analysis of sports biomechanics to identify the specificity of training will be applied.
- Tests: Anthropometry, Movement, Strength, Power, Performance and the technical evaluation of the tests' results.
- Periodization Training Plan for a year, season, and phases including detailed program sessions.
- Coaching Strength & Conditioning for all Sports.
- Coaching Swimming to compete or development.
