Where we do it ?
The sessions can be coached wherever Athletes prefer, feeling safe & comfortable. Whilst working with multiple sports, the environment in each training session should be as real as possible, mirroring conditions of competition and challenging the Athletes to the eXtreme !!!

All tests will be archived and a document will be created with a technical evaluation of the results giving you the right direction to move towards your goal.
Training Program

Median term - 6 months

Each program is designed based on the evaluation of test results and compared with the biomechanical analysis of the chosen sport and its benchmarks for a successful competition outcome.
All the programs include: - A periodization graphic with all phases of the athlete's development, from the General Preparation to the end of Pre-Competition.- The mesocycles (phases) with progressions, regressions and adaptations.- The microcycle which known as session train (2 or 3 x week), with the specification of each exercise, such as type, loads, sets, reps and rests.- A personal Basal Metabolic Rate & Calorie Requirement chart for your weight control.
